By continuing to participate in the Examination, Certification and Education Program, you agree to comply with this Agreement, the Policies and all additional requirements specified on the UCS Website. The current Certification Requirements for each UCS Certification and the current version of this Agreement may be found on UCS websites. It is your responsibility to check the UCS Website regularly for modifications to the Examination, Certification and Education Program or this Agreement.

PUBLICITY

By this Agreement you are prohibited to misrepresent or embellish the relationship between UCS and you (including by expressing or implying that we support, sponsor, endorse, or contribute to you or your business endeavors), or express or imply any relationship or affiliation between UCS and you or any other person or entity except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.

TERMINATION OF USE

UCS may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the UCS Website, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this agreement. In the event this agreement is terminated, the restrictions regarding materials appearing on the site and the representations and warranties, indemnities and limitation of liabilities set forth in this agreement shall survive any such termination.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
